Where the adventure begins

After being unemployed for a few months, and thoroughly enjoying my summer, I have accomplished some things but yet nothing. How does one do that? I have decided to embark on my own weight-loss journey. As any good nutritionist will tell you, to see where your faults are, you should begin by writing down everything you eat for 3 weeks. So beginning tomorrow I will write down everything I eat. I will also journal my exercise. Feel free to comment, suggest, or criticize (nicely). All will be read.
