  • Fiber has zero calories
  • Fiber is only found in carbohydrates. Yet not all carbohydrates contain fiber
  • High-fiber foods provide long term energy to your body because they are digested and processed more slowly than refined carbohydrates

New Scale Stats

Here is what the new scale said this morning:

Fat %: 47.9
Water %: 41.0
Muscle Mass %: 28.9
BMI: 34.3

Calories needed daily to maintain: 1647

Normal healthy range
Fat 22-32% (whoa)
Water 50% (clearly not getting enough water)
Weight 110-140 ish (huh)
BMI 18.6 - 24.9 (oh my)

I think this will be really helpful.
